2024 Annual Assessment
Assessment fee for 2024 is $124.00.
Please make sure you send your payment before Jan. 1, 2024 to avoid late fees. Your unpaid assessment is considered a violation of the covenants and restrictions which will accrue interest until paid in full as well as potential legal action in which all legal fees will be assessed to your account for payment.
Copy of the approved RBGK Budget for 2024 is available under the Board Information tab.
A copy of the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes is also available for viewing under the same tab.
Reminders
Debris on the Islands
- Please refrain from placing yard debris on the islands.
We cannot add any improvement if we keep spending the money on repairs.

Trash/Recycle Bin
- please be aware that trash day is every Friday of the week.
Recycle pick up is every other Monday.

*Remember to bring the bins out no earlier than 5:00 pm on every other Sundays.
For Recycle pick up on Thursdays after 5:00 pm for Friday pick up.
