To pay 2026 Assessment online:

First you need to register on the Riverlane Owner Portal

Complete all required items. Once processed you will receive an email with a link to set a password. Riverlane Portal must have your email address in the system.

Once registered:

you will find a  link to Western Alliance Association Bank’s secure website located on the main page.

You can set up auto payments or make a one-time payment.

You will need your account number on the top right-hand side of the dashboard when you access the web portal, the association ID: RGK, and the management ID: 7523.
