The Land Use and Zoning (LUZ) is Tuesday, Oct 1st at 5pm in the City Council Chambers

Public Hearing (PH) - Limit to 3 minutes if you wish to speak and Sign Card "In Opposition" even if you don't want to speak.

This is another opportunity to reinforce our stance.

LUZ will not be voting on this- just Public Hearing 

The Planning Commission (PC) is Thursday, Oct 3rd at 1pm in the City Council Chambers Item under PUD is Deferred - We don't expect it to be heard until Attorney Harden submits changes to remove the Mixed use as recently stated during the previous LUZ PH. But we must be prepared for unexpected changes.
